SUPPORT is a company established in 1.999 in the South-American market. It has its headquarters in São Paulo, Brasil and a branch in Gifhorn, Germany. It was founded due to the need of European companies that plan to have their start-up in Brasil, advising in their processes of development, and the need of Brazilian companies for reliable local contacts.

SUPPORT currently utilises the know-how of Swiss and German companies, together with profound knowledge of the Brazilian trade and local legislations in order to adapt the company’s activities to the customer’s individual needs and requirements.

It is our objective to establish discernible values for our customers by offering product solutions, customer service and process solutions that enable cost reductions and the detection of inefficiencies, thus increasing company returns.

SUPPORT comprises of a business structure which consolidates professionals having a profound knowledge in the fields of automation, mechanical and measurement engineering. Consequently, we have the expertise to consult customers in the effective operation of import and installation processes and also to undertake and control those processes on the customer’s behalf.

Our technical team is composed of professional engineers with profound experience and knowledge in the current state of technological innovations. The team is familiar with the latest principles and newest techniques in the areas of marketing research, problem-solution generation and equipment installation. A training programme at our customer's parent companies is conducted every two years. On request, further training is arranged.
